ETEN, A Professional Network and Long Lasting Friendships

After our ETEN meeting in Delft / Holland, I met in Copenhagen with one of my good ETEN friends Dale, from a University in Texas- TCU. Our students have had the special chance to go to Dales University in Texas for some years, and now we wanted to find an International School in Copenhagen, where Dale could send his students from Texas, supported by my University College - UCC. We visited schools in Copenhagen and looked up options for accomodation. It was a succesful day, with good meetings and exchange of ideas. Afterwards we went boating on the canals of Copenhagen, visited hotspots an had a cosy dinner in the evening with other ETEN friends. Through ETEN you can both build up an important professional network and make long lasting friendships.
Thank you for a wonderful day.

Memories from Stord

On the ETEN meeting in Stord we were eating in a restaurant where the menu was only in Norwegian.
So I asked the beautiful waitress to help me. She didn't speak English well. I asked her to make the noise of the animal so I could choose what to eat. She started to laugh and said: it is all fish!

Don't cry, don't laugh, just try to understand.
